Patriotic Emblem

Ronald "Ronnie" M. Hill, 78, a lifetime resident of Fox Lake, passed away peacefully on January 10, 2012. He was born in Waukegan to Arthur E. and Margaret (nee Bubbels) Hill, Sr.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of the Fox Lake American Legion, Post 703. He was an avid New York Yankees Fan and enjoyed bowling and spending time with his grandchildren.

Ronald will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 51 years, Angeline (nee Culotta) Hill, his children Frances "Fran" (Ed) Kaminski and Jennifer (John) Lennex, his grandchildren Nicole, James, Tyler, Kylie and Alexander, his brother Bill (Jeanette) Hill. Many other nieces, nephews and relatives also survive.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother Arthur E. Hill, Jr, .

Visitation will be held on Thursday, Jan. 12, 2012 from 5 PM until 9 PM and resume on Friday, at 8:30 AM until the time of the 10 AM service at the K.K. Hamsher Funeral Home, 12 N. Pistakee Lake Rd., Fox Lake. Entombment will be at Ascension Cemetery, Libertyville.
